VFS FILMS offers three separate editing rooms, as well as a separate sound studio. Apple workstations with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinciResolve Studio software are available for video editing. All three software applications are available for any two workstations simultaneously.

It is important to mention that all workstations are connected to a single 10 Gbit local area network with an Avid Nexis Pro video editing server. So you can work on the same material on the Nexis server at the same time at all workstations. This system allows you to organise your workflow very quickly - you can edit with multiple workstations in parallel, do sound editing and mixing, colour correction and other post-production work on the same project, which can be very useful for quick turn around projects.
The studio has a professional 600Mbps optical internet connection and a 3TB FTP server connected to the local network for fast data exchange from outside.

Dell 49" 5K ultra-wide computer monitor, LG 55" 4K OLED TV and calibrated Flanders Scientific 17" LCD monitor for fullscreen playback, Blackmagic Design UltraStudio 4K Mini I/O and DaVinci Resolve Micro Panel colour correction panel, professional BNC studio audio monitors
- Off-line Editing room with Mac Pro Trashcan 12-core computer:
Apple Cinema Display 27" monitor, Roland professional studio audio monitors
- Off-line Editing room with iMac Pro and 27" 5K screen
Standalone sound studio and video editing room in a semi-basement with Mac Mini Intel i7 computer and LG 55" 4K OLED TV for fullscreen playback. For a quiet working environment, the computer system unit is located in another room. This room is used for video editing with HD proxy material on the Nexis server.
The sound editing, design and mixing studio is acoustically designed with a separate text-voicing booth and a 20m2 editing/mixing room (RT60 - 0.3sec) adapted to 2.0 and 5.1 environments. The sound studio is ideal for sound editing and premixing of documentaries, modest-budget animation and feature films, as well as for mixing TV series with the Pro Tools Ultimate system.
